As posted on BT fault hits broadband users and banks

BT has acknowledged that many of its customers are experiencing problems with its broadband service.
“Sorry, we’re aware of a problem & working to fix ASAP,” the firm tweeted.
The firms’ Plusnet broadband division has also said it is facing issues.
